Prof. Moshe Gluzman

Prof. Moshe Gluzman is a New York-based business consultant specializing in international business development, education and philanthropy.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Tomsk Polytechnic University, affiliated with Moscow Institute of Aircraft Engineering in Russia, specializing in aeronautics, electrome-chanical engineering and telecommunications. He was a professor of automation and expert systems at Riga Polytechnic University in Latvia while working as an aircraft systems designer at Tupolev Aviation.

Prof. Gluzman immigrated to Israel to join the Israel Aircraft Industries and attended his doctoral studies in applied linguistics at Hebrew University in Jerusalem as well as holding a research position in engineering terminology at the Academy of Hebrew Language.

Prof. Gluzman represented a non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Italy, Austria, the USA and Canada, and worked in business development with The Davidson Group and National Patent Development.

He consulted with major corporations on international business development, such as Internet Edge International in New York, CSI, Inc., and Active International, New York. Moshe was a Joint Venture Partner who co-founded StarTrade Fund, a social-responsible mutual fund, investing in publicly-traded corporations, and gained expertise in strategic corporate partnership programs development, joint venture structuring and investment program implementation.

His extensive philanthropy involvement included that of Chairman of the Peter Sheehan Diabetes Care Foundation, and his continuing cutting-edge educational and theatrical involvement through his co-founding of Abeema.org and its Theatrical Elements exclusive teaching pedagogy, real estate, business development and international growth.

In 2026, Prof. Gluzman joined the International Advisory Council of GCaps.
